Ages 13–17

Bring the worlds you love, and find people who love them too.

Some teens feel most like themselves when they’re talking about a favorite book, show, game, or anime. This small, therapist-led group uses those stories as a way in, helping teens connect with peers and talk about friendships, identity, and what it’s like to feel a little different.

No experience or assignments needed. Just bring what you love.

What to Expect

Sessions mix conversation, creative activities, and reflection, often starting from the stories and characters the group cares about. There’s room to participate in different ways, and no one has to be ready to share everything right away.

Before joining, families have a brief consultation to make sure the group is a good fit.
