Therapy For Women

For women who've spent a long time holding it all together for everyone else.

Virtual therapy for women throughout Texas, with evening and weekend times.

Maybe you were the good kid or the one who kept the peace, and you're still holding everything together for everyone else. You might be in your twenties and unsure what you want from your life, or in a later season, caring for others and wondering when it's your turn. Therapy can be a place to set some of that down and figure out who you are apart from the roles you've played.

What we can work on

People-pleasing and boundaries Saying yes when you mean no, feeling responsible for everyone's feelings, or not knowing what you want because you're so used to thinking about what others need.

Loneliness Feeling alone even with people around, having trouble making friends as an adult, or missing being really known by someone.

Feeling stuck or lost You did everything "right" in school, and now adult life feels like something you can't get a handle on. Or you're in a big life change and not sure what comes next.

Family roles The peacekeeper, the golden child, the responsible one. The role you learned growing up and how it still shows up in your relationships now.

Caregiving Caring for kids, parents, or a partner, and feeling stretched thin, resentful, or like there's nothing left for you.

Anxiety and self-worth Overthinking, being hard on yourself, or being told you're "too sensitive" when what you needed was for people to be kinder.

Women in every season of life

Whether you're figuring out your twenties, in the middle of a busy season, or facing the changes that come later in life, you're welcome here. Some of the women I work with are just starting out, and some feel like they've spent decades taking care of everyone but themselves.

We can start with the stories you love

If you have comfort reads you keep going back to, a game you lose hours in, or a show you've rewatched more times than you can count, you can bring that into sessions. You don't have to explain why it matters or worry that you're too old for it. Sometimes the stories we keep coming back to say a lot about what we need.

Walk-And-Talk Sessions

If sitting in front of a screen isn't for you, you can walk or sit outside while we meet. Walk-and-talk sessions are available for adults anywhere in Texas and cost the same as regular sessions.

Women’s Support Group

Starting Summer 2027, I'm offering small virtual groups for teens, including a D&D social skills group and Fandom & Friends, a group for teens who love books, shows, games, and anime.

Start with a Conversation

You don't need to know exactly what you need before reaching out. A free 15-minute consultation is a chance to talk, ask questions, and see if working together feels right.
