Mental health education for organizations and communities.

I offer workshops and talks for schools, libraries, bookstores, youth programs, parent groups, and community organizations. Each one is shaped around your audience and the time you have, from a short talk to a hands-on workshop.

Available virtually and in person in the Corpus Christi area.

How It Works

We'll start with a conversation about your audience, goals, and format, then put together something that fits. Sessions can include discussion, reflection, and practical tools people can actually use.

Pricing depends on the topic and length. Some community talks are free, and reduced rates may be available for schools and nonprofits.
